Hi

I got this pewter repousse of a skier at an antique show. The frame is an oak, arts & crafts frame that looks to be from the arts & crafts period.

I've included 2 photos; 1 of the respousse and a closeup of the signature.

Any issue on the artist, country of origin, when it was made, etc. would be greatly appreciated
