Your Picture did not show up, as there was nothing but an red X in a box.
Try again by clicking onto the words add attachment and it will open up to a window that says browse. Click on it and go to where you have the picture and upload it and then click post now.

A search at one of the several internet websites that feature marks on metal also shows the AFC mark on a string holder with scissors. The site was not able to identify the maker. Sorry we could not be of further help.
