Hello,
I recently acquired a handwrought silver bowl. It is stamped Sterling and the maker's mark is a script AK encircled. I was told the maker's name was Kunkler and he was from the Boston area and contemporary with Stone. Does anyone have any info on this smith?
Many thanks, J

Adolph Kunkler was a member of the Boston Society of Arts & Crafts and worked at the Handicraft Shop. Little more is know about his history after leaving the Shop.

Please post an image or send me an image of the bowl and mark and I can verify it for you.

Sincerely,
Fred
