For four years, I've had the pleasure of traveling around the country searching for Sears Homes but have never ever found this schoolhouse. Last week in Hanover, PA I found something close, but not quite there.

Anyway - I don't know if any of these were ever built, but I'd love to find them if they were. These kit schoolhouses were only offered in the 1908 (seven editions) of the Sears Modern Homes catalog.

Thanks for any and all help!!!

Rose, I just found this site. Dale W. identified my home, house plan #122 on OHW. I have a GVT in Hampstead, MD, 15 or so miles south of the square in Hanover, PA. Our school was built in 1912 but not what you want. I'm taking this opportunity to try and recvruit you to check out this old town.

Hampstead is loaded with these old homes. I know there are many Sears home here. Wish I'd known in January. There are so many different styles for such a small town. Next time, let me know, you have a guest room in my home!
