Hello all,
I found this cutie about a month ago on my house hunting safari.
I'm moving out of my (inherited) ramshackle 50s ranch into this 1910 bungalow at the end of the month.
All of the systems in the bungalow have been updated by the current (contractor) owner.
The garage will be my new woodworking shop and has the same sq.ft. as my current shop.
We'll move into a nicer place in great shape with the same GLA with 70K in pocket
Quite an upgrade
I had heard of bungalows in the past but had no real interest in learning about them.
Now I have a reason and would appreciate any comment/input/help.
Anyone have any idea about who's plan it might be from?
I think the living/dining room archway and the interior doors look like Aladdins.
I couldn't find any similar floorplan at http://clarke.cmich.edu/aladdin/catdir.htm though.
It's located in North Central Massachusetts.

Here are some more pictures:

Thanks!

To determine if yours is a kit house, you will need to look and see if you can locate assembly numbers, typically ink stamps or grease pencil, otherwise its difficult to identify the manufacturer or builder of your home. Bungalows such as yours were very common; every mail-order housing manufacturer, plan book publisher, and local builder typically had drawings for this popular bungalow.
