I'm new to this forum and i'm so glad I've found it, the information I've learned here is invaluable. You guys are the real experts!
I'm currently restoring a 1917 Craftsman Bungalow I purchased in Sacramento California in February 2006. I haven't seen the plan in any kit's as yet, but It does look like some of Henry Wilson's catalog homes of the early teens. I've not found markings on any studs or Beams. Is anyone familiar with this plan? Any thoughts or comments would be welcome. I've attached a few photos but more can be found at my website at:
Sailorick

Thanks in advance!

Rick

Wow!!! What an amazing house! I really like the exterior colors on the house. The woodwork in the dining room is amazing!! I don't know if its a kit or not. You may want to check out Pacific Ready Cut homes. It was a California based kit house company.

You have done a marvelous job with the house. The colors you picked for the house make it work. (The neighbors must love you . . .) The dining room woodwork is awesome.

But is it really a one bedroom house? Are you going to add on for more bedrooms? I don't know how you could without losing that great design.

Thanks so much for your kind comments! The area I marked as "Living Room" is really another bedroom, I removed the door between it and the front room for better access. Thanks again for your replys! It's certainly a work in progress!
