This looks like a great resource... I'll include pics and a floorplan sketch soon...
Anyway, I've got this house....

It's all wood, no drywall in the original sections. All walls and ceilings are plywood paneling. The ceilings are in 4x4 sections, stained in a teak-type finish. They were assembled with the ceiling joists prior to construction of the house, because I see glue runs that go "up" from the perspective of them installed in the ceiling. Additionally, all of the wall studs are turned side-ways, giving me a stud pocket of 1.5 inches - this is interior as well as exterior walls. If I haven't mentioned it before, it's a ranch house. The wall panels seem to be of a modular type design, where you could purchase solid panels, perforated for window or perforated for door. all the panels are 4' wide and 8' tall and line up with the ceiling sections. Corner moldings cover all room corners to seal/hide those seams and panel to panel seams are simply left alone, but these are a tight fit, no gaps or cracks.

exterior siding is of a plywood sheet variety with a batten type board covering the seam every 4 feet.

So... does this type of construction sound familiar to anyone?

As I mentioned in the begining of this, I'll work to come up with some pics and sketches...

Thanks in advance...
