I recently purchased "The Woodland" model of Sears homes. It is in very good condition. A few modifications (some original at construction ans some not) have been added. My home has a fireplace with built in leaded glass bookshelves on each side of the fireplace. There is no closet in the dining room, the back porch was enclosed and is now part of the enlarged/remodeled kitchen and the upstairs balcony/porch has been enclosed and is now a sleeping porch.
Does anyone have a Woodland that you would like to share info/stories/photos?
I have spoken with a family member of the original owners who had the house built. Was given a photo of the home a year after it's completion. They are also searching for the original house plans. Sure hope they find them!

Hello Rachelle,
Welcome to the Arts and Crafts forums and your pictures are great both inside and out.

I hope you will keep them handy as there are many folks who are interested in what you have shown.

Thanks again for your input.

Respectfully,

I copied the image location into your post so people could see it immediately. Wonderful house ... the interior shots at Flickr are very cool. Love the woodwork!
