Its lookin' pretty fillmore-ish to me! The front windows match, the arch over the doorway match. The doorway support is a different, but could've been customized.

Pretty much my thought. I have a bunch of photos of Fairfield and have a hunch that others may be kits. Iowans seem to be very practical people with a good sense of value. And the kits were a great value for the price. R. |

Hi Rikki;
I'll withhold final judgment until Dale Wolicki to weigh in on this, but my first impression is NO. Not just because of the porch (that's a minor detail), but look at the position of the second floor windows on the catalog image and the actual photo. And the shed dormer shown in the color photo is smaller than the dormer in the catalog image. That's a pretty important feature that is different between these two homes.
