We have been renovating this bungalow for the last 6 months. I believe it is a Sears Bungalow, Belmont Model No.237

Anybody have any insight?

it certainly is a cute house but just based on the visual i would have a lot of trouble agreeing that it is a sears belmont. do you have any provenance that lead you to that conclusion? you sure have done a lot of nice work, what kind of windows are those, did you put down a new porch floor?
