Found out that the house I grew up in is a aladdin kit home was wondering if anyone else knows of one? this one is located in Holland, Ohio (just outside of toledo)
Good for you, how did you find out it was an Aladdin? we like these kind of stories, and if you can post some pics. I live in an Aladdin Wabash and am also looking for a cousin to my house. Here is a link to the Aladdin catalogues http://clarke.cmich.edu/aladdin/catdir.htm
If your house is the Aladdin Georgia, the original house built for the catalog illustration still stands largely unaltered in Bay City. The Georgia was among Aladdin's most popular models and was offered between 1913 and 1922. I know of examples in located in Lansing and Howell, Michigan, and other have been reported in Virginia and Ohio.

I know a few people were looking for an Aladdin doorknocker and I found one at the following link. I am not sure if it is still available as I already have one on my home.
