Sorry, but I'm in front of it...

If'n you want to see it, you better hurry. This largely original Fullerton is going to be torn down soon, despite a great effort to save the house. At least 15 times a year, I get a call from someone desperate to save a Sears Home that's being razed. When do we decide that enough is enough? When do we stop tearing down these homes that are made of irreplaceable materials?

Very disturbing.

That is a stinkin' shame that it's being torn down.

I found a pretty original fullerton in Oxford, Ohio on Saturday. I was looking for the Altona that Houses by Mail lists and found the Fullerton and an Atlanta instead!

A Sears Avalon in Northern Illinois is also going down soon, unless someone can save it.
