Hi All,

This is like a needle in a haystack question, but since I have not been able to identify the home myself, figured I would check with this board Smile

Does this appear to be a kit house to anyone? The home is located in Central NJ, there are three other very similar homes in the town. We are in the middle of a restoration based on this old tax photo, and I am just looking for some more info.

Beautiful house. Feel free to go through the house plans at Antique Home. I looked at the Bennett and Harris catalogs for 1920, but didn't find anything particularly close. The Bennett Garfield has similarities, but yours is much nicer with the second floor balcony and rail.

Oh yes, gotta love the balcony, I would love one for summer evenings. It would be awesome to wake at 3:00 am and wander out and smell the night and listen to the sounds.
