I agree Don, I was so busy looking at the house I didn't even see that!

FYI, the step rail and chainlink fence are gone now.

There are other homes like it in the city. Just thought it may have been a kit home. But I cannot find it in any of the online old catalogs (Sears, Alladin, etc).
