I bought a sears Ardara kit house in May and am very interested in seeing other ardaras. I would love to share interior and exterior pics. My home was remodled but has kept the same layout. I have restored the original hardwood floors and I love my house.

It sounds wonderful. There are some members who are experts on kit houses. They have been quiet lately. (Life gets busy. . . ) I know little about the ins and outs of kit houses.

Post some pictures and they might reply.

Bev.

Okay, I'll try....I'm not sure how to get the pictures smaller. I can email them though.

The Ardara, first appeared in the 1919 catalog.

That's right. That's my house. The original owners must have opted for the crescent style roof. The interior layout is identical.
