Hello, I would like help identifying which model my home might be. It was built around 1930. It is a story and 1/2 with two bedrooms, a bathroom and office upstairs, the main level has had many remodels though I'm afraid. There is a bathroom/laundry/kitchen addition, as well as the full front porch was closed in and turned into living room. The front deck and back porch were 1990's additions. We bought it as a foreclosure a couple years ago and I've been trying to find out which model it is. The stairs do not match any layouts I've seen, they come straight down towards the windowseat bump out. There is a chimney in the center of the house. Can you help identify my house? I am thinking it is close to the Vallonia, Hazelton or Sunbeam?
Thanks for looking, I appreciate it.

Well,I'll have to look through a couple of reprints of the Sears House plans to see if i can find the house.
The problem is the house has been so stripped of original exterior features and remodeled
many times, that it will be hard to tell.
I think you can go in the attic and look to see if there are any exposed beams or other wood which has numers on it,which might give the hint it is a Sears or other companies home.
Will also look at Aladdin Company as well.

It's not a Hazelton - the pitch of the roof is too sharp and the dormer isn't wide enough.

Its not a vallonia - wrong dormer, wrong pitch.\

Its not a sunbeam - wrong dormer - wrong window placement.

Might be another company but its not a sears that I recognize.
