I took these pictures last fall here in Smithers B.C. but couldn't identify the house from Aladdin or Sears archives. After purchasing "Catalogue Houses Eatons' and Others" from its' author Les Henry, I spotted a likely candidate and shared my suspicions with Les. He was already convinced and forwarded me a larger pic with the floorplan. Just finished taking measurements and speaking with the present owner. He was aware that it was a catalogue home but didn't know which company. Indeed the floorplan and footprint are exact matches, we have an Eatons' Eagerville E34 built in 1923. One thing that concerned me a bit was part of the front porch being closed in but this seems to have been done quite often given the severity of Canadian winters. You will see evidence of this in further kit home posts.
