Say i think someone mentioned that Jud Yoho's book,Craftsman Bungalows has been reprinted.They list it at Amazon,but have no copies at this time.I am also going to try
Barnes and Noble.They had a link I think to the Seattle Garden Club or Seattle Historical Society where you could buy the book.
Going to check out American Bungalow's store as well.
