While surfing A&C books on Amazon I noticed there were no reviews for the Rago/Johnson book "The Official Identification and Price Guide to American Arts and Crafts, 3rd Edition", which is the only good price guide I know of for A&C (other than auction house catalogues/web sites), so I scrawled up a review and it looks like Amazon has posted it .
