Hello All,

Does anyone know the maker of this Arts and Crafts hammered brass five light chandelier?

This fixture was originally from the home of a doctor in a small town in Pennsylvania. There were likely other matching fixtures. The doctor's son took over the home after the doctor retired and got rid of the original light fixtures (gasp).

The chandelier is likely circa 1910 - 1925. It is constructed of 'machine-hammered' brass with the original slag glass. The hammered brass 'rivets' are actually just stamped into the brass. There are five lights with the main middle one having a pull chain. It has been rewired. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

Best Regards,

Copperoak

Here's a repost of the image at the proper size. Perhaps the moderator can delete the first image.

Hello All,

I believe that the fixture has a gothic look, with a design with English Arts and Craft elements. This includes the upper triangle vents and overhanging rooves. Gus Stickley and OMS fixtures often employed these elements. However, I do not believe that this fixture is either of those makers. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

Best Regards,
