Hello Asrram,
First welcome to the Arts and Crafts Society Forums.
Since our server is full of pictures and can't take any more we ask of you to join free either Photo Bucket or Flickr,(www.flickr.com) and you can even have a gallery of pictures on it and then post pictures from there.

Now once you have a location for your pictures you will need to open the picture you wish to show. Right click on your mouse and select properties and it will open showing the location of the picture right on the picture.
Left click on the picture and highlight the address or URL and then right click again and with your cursor on the highlighted URL select copy and close. Then go to the forums and write your post and then right click on the mouse and select paste and the URL for the picture will appear for folks to see.
