I am new to this forum, so forgive me if I am asking a question that has an obvious answer. I have become a rabid fan of Chicago bungalow windows, and am wondering if there has ever been a book printed that contains color photos of window designs, or a pattern book or whatever. I want to educate myself enough so I can readily recognize a Chicago window, if that is possible. So far I have been unable to locate any books, but that doesn't mean they aren't out there!

I can't believe the variety of designs, yet they all have a similar signature look. My only wish is that I had the money to start a museum dedicated strictly to these windows, all of them mounted in lighted boxes, aisles upon aisles of them.

If anyone has more info, please let me know. Thanks!

I can appreciate your interest in Chicago Styled Windows. I go to a weekly auction, just outside of chicago, and I can always pick them out. I just think they are really neat. if you can't accumulate a large collection of windows, You may want to consider cataloging your finds, through the use of photographs. Thanks for sharing your interest.
