Hi can anyone help with this lamp I just bought? I was told mica was replaced 10 years ago; bought in nyc, much thanks, Art

Welcome to the forum,
It is difficult to say who made your lamp from the image you have posted. Perhaps you could post closer images of the base. Is the surface of the base hammered or smooth. Closeups of the shade might help as well.

The shape or design does not trigger a particular maker.
