Hello Dev.
I do not know of any such program but, you could go to the library and look at some A&C books to see what colors that were used in some of the interior walls of the different homes.
If I am not mistaken they used neutral colors so as not to distract from the wood trim that was used in finishing the rooms. Many colors were of a dull color in many cases and would not distract the view point of the person beholding the room.
I have seen many folks who after viewing an Arts and Crafts home, could not tell you what the color of the walls were as they were looking more at the woodworking.

Respectfully,

sherwin williams was a period paint mfg that advertised at that time a bungalow palette.

this link is to their site. they have reintroduced the bungalow colors. they have a viewer of the colors and trim colors.

as they say, results depend on monitor and settings.

Thank you for your responses. I ended up using CBN Selector 3 by the same company that maintains http://www.colorcharts.org and worked really well, I highly recommend it. It allowed me to download and visualize colors from most of the major manufacturers found in colorcharts.org which was an added bonus. Thanks again.

I work for an online store that sells (SNIP - no advertising yourself, Stonecat) and we are working on a program that will show how a rug fits into a persons décor, we haven't figured it out yet. But while looking for examples of this I found this Armstrong company program that will show you EXACTLY what you want. It is really wild. I could play with it for hours trying different combinations.
