This three handled vase is signed I think but the glaze has covered it up. I would love for someone to help me identify it by its look?
It is 6" tall.

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Your vase does have the qualities that could make it an Arts & Crafts Movement piece. The colors are similar to Newcomb College items.

That is the best I can do.

Best,

I think the incised design is a bit too crude to be Newcomb Pottery, at least for the ones I have seen. Also the blue is a bit too dark for some of thier pieces and the handles too pronouced Their marks on the bottom are generally deeply cut as well which would make it easier to see. But I'm no expert by any means. I'm still looking up pieces that might be similar in design or texture and color.

I cant tell you what it is, but I can assure you it isnt newcomb. Smile

The stand marks and the crude glaze reminds me NC studio pottery. Beyond that its probably a guess.
