This vase is part of my mother-in-law's estate. No one knows what it is. It's not marked. The glaze is unusual--it's an almost gold metallic with crackling inside and out. The vase stands about 6 inches high ... relatively small. Any ideas? Thx.

Can you post a picture of the bottom? Even if the pottery is unmarked (sometimes) a maker can be determined by looking at clay colour, stilt marks etc.
