It's certainly in the style of Lalique but they are usually signed no? Also the figures appear less sophisticated than most of what you see on those styles of Lalique. My uneducated guess would be that it is not Lalique.

Looks to be like some of the reproduction lalique that has been hitting the auction circles for the last decade. It doesnt look delicate, in my humble opinion.
