I came across this 'bowl' and was intrigued. It measures about 6 1/2" tall and 7" at it's widest. One spigot has a hole (to pour) and the other is sealed. The sealed handle has a vent hole. I've had guesses of teapot, steamer, vaporizer. Any help???

Whatever it is it can be classified within the Nottaklu variety.
