I have a couple of cracked (it happens) good AC pots that I would like to have restored. One has a gloss glaze, the other is matte, both have serious cracks. Both are kind of valuable and I'd like to have a high quality resto on at least one of them if it is affordable. Can anyone recommend a trusted source on this??

Brookes Restoration in Los Angeles is a good place if you are willing to ship. I'm having some pieces restored at this moment and I'm eagerly awaiting completion.

Here is their web site: http://www.brookesrestorations.com/
