I have this painting and I am not sure if it is a print or the actual painting. The Artist i Albert Figel dated 1934. I could only find a few prints online by this artist and that he is German. There is writing on the back of the painting but I cannot make out the latter part of it. If anyone can offer any information please do!

I'm sorry I can't help you with your question but I have a question to you. Can you tell me where you come from?
Albert Figel was my uncles Dad and we just want to now where his paintings went because some of them have our family but lots of them are lost.
I would be nice if you would answer me.
