I thought some of you might like to see these. We have spent years going thru 'junk piles' and local factories here. (Poland) yes Poland
If you like to see more please tell me how to post more than one photo There wasn't a real A&C movement here like Austria, Holland, UK But wonderful pieces turn up We are rebuilding a home from the mid-1800's ..... Many good craftsmen here to help. The interior will look old and updated as styles changed and improvements like power and plumbing happened. Our plan is to use items pre-1939 Lots of work but after three years we hope to spend Christmas in this. ![]() |

one last ..... sorry couldn't resist showing off my work truck
This is thru an arch in the 'Winter Garden' The build you see behind the GMC is the old blacksmith's shop we restored and live in durning house construction It's hard to explain how much work this project is. We demo-d a friends unwanted old house to get used exterior brick for this place. It just about matches the shop's brick. In a few years the view from our enclose garden will look as if they were made in the same time. ![]() |
