I am restoring a 1914 Bungalow Chimney. It has no chimney cap. What would be the correct look and material for this?

Good post, I will watch this closely as my 87 yr old chimney could use some attention. I've had the local mason look at repointing it, he said it was in very good shape for its' age. The cap however is crumbling. I had considered using sheet copper to make a hip roof shaped cap but I have no idea how to affix it. Go to the kit homes section Aladdin 1921 Wabash to see my chimney. Is yours similar?
