I'm remodeling my kitchen and I have hard time to find suitable led-light's for undercab lightig. I want the light to be soft and omnidirectional and therefore I was thinking of led-stripes/chains. I found excactly the light that I need but what do You think about the price? http://www.set-system.com and see architectural light's / led-stripes.
It seem's that these new led-light's are not the cheapest but there are some benefits'. Please comment. |

It looks very nice. Not too sure of the leds light output? (led and conventional lights don’t rate light output the same)
For under counter "task lighting" you probably should have about 80 to 120 lumen at your work surface. You might have to run two strips of the leds. But you will more then likely never have to replace themat 100,000 hour of life. Sean CKD |

All right, I finally ordered the light strip. It wasnt supposed to be a task light anyways. I think it looks quite nice.
