I am including a picture of a column on my house. I was hoping for some advice. I painted the column and the areas around it "Philadelphia" beige. The house will have that color on all wood trim. A coppery red "Audobahn russet" on all shingles, "Alexandria Beige" on all clapboard. Around the windows will be a small amount of green. I cant remember the name. Anyway.....I am looking for comments or suggestions on - do I leave the column and trim same color or add a color I am using on the rest. Maybe as a n accent or what? I have included a close up, as well as a overall color scheme. I am looking forward to some suggestions.
Ps I just started painting, haven't finished as you will see

Thanks!
Keith

Keith,

Here are a couple of similar treatments that I thought turned out nicely.
