Good Evening Friends,
I received two samples of walnut stair spindles to make 6 of each length. The bottom that is to be placed into the staircase has a dovetail on it and is square up about 5" on one and 6" on the other. Then there is some turning and from those profiles the spindle tapers to about 5/8" at the top.

I will most likely start them Monday. Hopefully I will get some pictures.
