Has anyone any experience in dealing with them? Are their prices good? Is the quality of merchandise high? How is their customer service? Any negatives or positives about them?

i have admired their site for a long time. i would love to have some of the offerings, especially the mackintosh cuttlery and a few of the tables and chairs, but have never bought anything.

house of yesteryear also has some english influenced pieces you might want to look at.
