I found it at a local antique store awhile back and talked them down to $35.00
Regardless it is going in my boys room when he starts school. It only required some glue on one leg joint and it is really rather solid even when my big ol butt sits in it. lol So, what do you guys think? |

Hello Friend,
Though it is made out of quartered white oak it is not in the A&C category but from the circa of 1945-1950. They are some still in use through out the country as they are as you stated a sturdy chair/desk. Oh, by the way welcome to the Arts and Crafts Society, we hope you stay around for a while. Respectfully, Ralph www.ralphjoneswoodworking.com |

Hey thanks for the reply. Too bad it isn't a and c but hey, it was only 35 bucks and I do like some things not traditional a and c. I like stainless steel appliances and stackstone so I'm a bit of a maverick. lol
