There are a few books of Stickley re-print plans but I can't confirm if this bed is in any of them (maybe you have already checked these). If nobody else replies (hopefully someone has one or more of these books and can confirm) then maybe do a search on Amazon.com to determine the publisher(s) and then contact the relative publisher directly to see if they can check.

I have most of the Stickley shop books, I think.
This bed is not is the ones I have.

P.S. the bed number is 620 B. Not 6208 out of the latest Stickley catalog.

I guess another idea would be to check if any of the current higher quality reproduction makers do this model and see if they would sell you a set of plans - probably a longshot however, giving away a trade secret kind of thing

Looks like there was only a slatted settle. I think you are right. This is a new design from 1989 I think.
