Good Evening Friend, The catalog date was 1906 to 1909 and the 779 was a rocking chair as found on page79 of said catalog. Respectfully, Ralph Jones

I have never seen these chairs before and I don't think they're in the L&JG catalog. You might want to check the Limbert catalogs. Thanks Again Mark & Melissa

Is the seller saying that these chairs are L&JG Stickley? Im almost positive that they're Limberts.

The seller is saying they’re L&JG Stickley; However, does anyone know if Limbert 779 corresponds? And if then what time period?

I went and saw the chairs, they are not marked stickley, but I did see that they actually numbered 779-27

I said it once and I'll say it again, these are not L&JG Stickley chairs. They might be Stickley bros but I doubt that also.
Thanks Again, Mark

Mark is right. They could have been made by any number generic Grand Rapids (or elsewhere) company. They are probably late in the period (1920's) based on the chair backs. I don't think they are very desirable to arts and crafts collectors.
