A G. Stickley 319 rocker has been in my home for about two years now. At the end of last winter I took the rocker to Stickley to be reupholstered. They made several mistakes on the stitch style, and eventually returned my money--that process took 6 months.

A local upholsterer took the project and did an outstanding job. Many of you advised that I stay with the original seat and back and enjoy it that way. When the upholsterer did the work, he built the pieces from scratch, so I still have the originals stored away if needed in the future.

And the job by Stickley with the balloon seat. The leather was outstanding, the workmanship very good--just the stitch pattern and variance between the pieces not done as agreed. I think the final above came out great!
