Good morning friends, Just joined this site and thought that it would be a great source of information. Still a novice of the Movement but do have a love and great appreciation of the designs and craftmanship that represents it! I am an owner of second generation Stickley furniture, round pedestal table, 4 cottage chairs and server purchased directly from L.&J. G. Stickley, Inc. , Manlius NY. in 1991. The set has seen very little use and I am interested in selling it as I am moving. My questions are...has it held its value as original Stickley has? Where might I advertise? What is its worth? I live in Boston Ma. and would greatly appreciate any advice that you may be able to share with regard to this matter...Thank You, Dave

Since you bought it from the store mentioned it's value will not be the same as you will see other Stickley furniture selling for. First of all it is not an antique which must be at least 50 years old and maybe even more.
Oh, I forgot to welcome you to the forums and hope you find it worth checking back in from time to time or become a full fledged member if you haven't already.
As a general rule furniture that is not antique will sell for much less than what you paid for it especially since it was purchased in 1991, I think you said.

I make A&C furniture and ship them everywhere.
I am attaching an oak attorney's book case here in Ohio and shipped it to Boston, MA two years ago. I taped the glass so they wouldn't break.

I just purchased a 1990s Stickley dining set. It consisted of a 48 inch round pedestal table and 6 Harvey Ellis chairs. I had been shopping for it for 3 years. Mostly on eBay and craigslist. I finally had some luck on craigslist. The lady that was selling it was asking 1/2 of what she paid , which I thought was quite reasonable considering it was in near mint condition.
She was moving and didn't have room for it. She was so sad when I left her home that day. I assured her that it was going to a good home.

So, I guess what I'm saying is that You could sell it at a consignment shop, on eBay or on craigslist. I'm sure that there is someone in the Boston area that will be happy to take it off your hands for around half the price you paid in 1991.
