I just bought a chair with the same and did the research. It was made between 1898 and 1916 by the Stickley Brothers. I heve more info if you need it. Hope that helps.

Good Morning Friends,
Leopold and John George Stickley established their furniture business in Grand Rapids in 1905 after the trade fair. With their furniture being called quaint rather than Mission style. Then in 1922 Leopold announced the introduction of the Cherry Valley Collection; a "line of period designs in popular finishes." These adoptions of traditional New England and Pennsylvania furnishings included trestle tables, corner cupboards, dressers and Windsor chairs fashioned from black cherry wood from the Adirondacks. Well, actually it was Albert and John George that comprised Stickley Brothers, an honest mistake. Those 5 confusing Stickley boys
