I also found this chair for $295 (about $375 with shipping/packing). It is perfect for my 5 year old daughter but, again, I'm not too sure about price. http://morgana.onfinite.com/album/1296516/1296517/

I am not a big fan of small furniture unless you have a child that will use it. Is it a signed Gus piece? I could not find a recent auction price for a child's chair. You and your daughter are the ultimate deciders. It appears to be a high chair. Price does not sound too bad, not great either. Have you been able to inspect the chair?

I see that it is a Quaint Furniture piece. Not Gus but Stickley Bros.

A word of caution. I have seen Quaint brass lables are available on ebay. I do not have the Quaint catalogue reprint and so I can not verify if they even made a youth chair like the one shown.

It is available in one of the catalogs the gentleman has. He is going to give us a copy. I also found it on this website but it is sold.

The one I'm looking at has the original finish as well with an older leather seat and original tacks.
