I bought this rocker eight years ago and I have never seen one like it again. Your help would be most appreciated. ![]() |

Hello Whit,
Welcome to the Arts and Crafts Society forums and we hpe you continue coming back. Now for the chair, I am sorry but all I see is the back or atleast part of it. Could you reduce it so we can see the whole thing. Respectfully, Ralph Jones www.ralphjoneswoodworking.com |

Here's a full view, sorry for the bad
quality. I have yet to see an exposed mortise and tenon at the top of the chair that looks like this one. ![]() |

I can only say that this cair is not Stickley, Gus, L&JG or Stickley Bros. Nor is it limbert. The exposed tenon at the top rail of the seat and the "hump" is unusual. Early Onondaga had a hump crest rail, but more pronounced and there were more back slats. This might prove again to be a well made generic arts & crafts style rocker. Rockers are the most common of all chairs.
