I am interested in acsertaining the maker of a mission style oak table, which has a partially torn "red bear" label. The table has one center drawer, and book shelves on either side. Any help?

Sounds like a simple desk or library table from your description, and if there was one piece of furniture that virtually every maker of the day produced, it was this. I can't say I know the red bear logo and something as distinct as that, if well known, would be easy to identify. The only animal based logo I know is a beaver used by a Canadian maker, Malcolm and Suter. As a result your bear sounds like a rare maker, but rare doesn't necessarily mean valuable. As I always say, post some pictures if you can.
