Could anybody help me identify this piece? It is marked RD No 383113 and each of the hammered copper pulls are marked with R numbers. Thanks, Tim

Welcome to the forum,

Very charming sideboard. I do not recognize the maker. It has an English look to it. The Rd # could refer to Registered #. The copper work is wonderful. Congratulations on this find.

Good Morning Tim and Fred,
Tim, I too welcome you to the forums and as Fred stated it could be a sideboard but, if the measurement from the floor to the top of the cabinets and not the back splash is not over 29 1/4", I would say that rather than a side board but instead it could be a dry sink which normally would hold a bowl and pitcher in the center of the top and the compartment behind the door would be stored towels, wash clothes and so forth while the drawers could be holding personal items such as shaving mug and brush as well as a straight edge razor and many other items.

Respectfully,

Ralph Jones

That would look very cool in a period style bathroom! I love the hardware.

Thanks for the info; it is very helpful. I love the piece and it will stay in our Mission Era home....I am not sure if I could get it in one of the bathrooms, though. More later.
