You may have noticed that the forum was down for most of the day. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We were maliciously hacked. An administrative error created a security vulnerability that allowed a someone to delete hundreds of posts from the forum.

To recover the lost posts, we had to restore a backup from Monday morning.

Unfortunately, this meant that all posts from Monday morning until we reacted to the problem on Tuesday morning were lost.

With many hours of work (thank you, Lauren!) we were able to restore most of those posts by hand, but we couldn't get everything.

Sorry if your post was lost. If you can, we would appreciate it if you'd repost anything that got lost.

The security vulnerability has been fixed. This problem cannot happen again.

Good Morning Jim,
Thank you so very much for your quick action as it may have been worse.

I tried to open the forum twice until I saw the heading about the forum being down.

I will have to look over the entire forum to see if anything I posted was eliminated but, at first glance I don't see anything.

I wish everyone a happy holiday and in some cases a 4 day vacation from the normal lifestyle.
