The forum has had three authors drop in as guests in the last couple weeks or so:

Norman Karlson
Dr. Michael Clark
Rosemary Thornton

I'd like to pass on a collective CHEERS to all and I hope you continue to drop in and help us out! Smile

Stone,

It is truly a great honor to have these esteemed authors visit the site and I would encourage them to join as members and participate in the discussions when they can.

Hey - thanks for the nice comments. I really, really like being esteemed. Smile

These little Sears Homes have been my LIFE for the last six years. I've traveled to 22 states, given 200+ lectures and I've written three books and I still am passionately in love with their beauty, their quality and their unique place in American history (30,000 pieces of house and one 75-page DIY instruction book).

It's delightful to find a place where folks share my enthusiasm and passion (and obsession). Smile

Unfortunately Fred, Rosemary is only signing in as a 'Guest' and the edit feature only works when you have signed up as a 'Member', and then a 'cookie' recognizes you each time you log in, and vis-a-vis you get the extra edit icon.

Given my propensity to boo boos, I shall log in from this point forward so that I can later correct and edit such mistakes!
