From my neighborhood, SE Portland, OR. Built approx. 1915. What I love about this house: cedar shingles are unstained, rich color scheme, beautiful porch columns, wrapped shingles on the roof, awesome garden, permeable paver driveway. Lauren {changed title} |

Lauren,
This is a great combination of colors and well kept. Pity we cannot peak inside. Great neighborhood. Fred (Moderator) http://fredz49.blogspot.com/ |

From Mount Tabor neighborhood, Portland, OR. Look at this well kept little beauty. Cedar shingles in a wide-narrow-wide pattern, original windows, fireplace facing the street (unusual around here at least). Don't you feel drawn up onto the porch to sit on the comfy bench and set a spell? |

South East Portland, OR The word "Tidy" comes to mind when I see this one. The shed dormer at the front seems a little out of place, but otherwise - what a tiny little cutie! |
