this one has a roof line i have never seen before. the break at the dormer roof is very unusual.

There are lots of these (duplexes that is) up my way in Toronto. My sister in fact lives in one very similar (except for the stepped roof). In the old downtown there are streets full of early 1900s duplexes, or semis we call them, plus all the great old trees planted when they were built.
